We present to you Casa Aiguaviva, where serenity, harmony, brightness, and flow between spaces are the key principles.

On the main floor, we have designed an open space that integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with a guest bathroom and a suite, all opening up to a spectacular terrace with views of the Maresme coastline. The open layout creates a sense of spaciousness and flow, while the monochromatic material palette, with microcement finishes, adds a contemporary and sophisticated touch.

On the upper floor, we find an office, ideal for the client’s frequent telecommuting, and a suite with a walk-in closet and integrated bathroom. Here, we highlight the freestanding shower, which gives the space a sculptural style reminiscent of a hotel suite, adding a touch of luxury and exclusivity.

The monochromatic materials wrap every room, highlighting the purity of the design and minimalist elegance. The island furniture placed on the main floor adds warmth and functionality, creating focal points that encourage interaction and togetherness.
